General Terms and Conditions


 The general terms and conditions for travel events are an integral part and are concluded between AdriaLink d.o.o. or another accredited agency and the client who books a specific package/ticket online. All packages/tickets that AdriaLink d.o.o. offers are primarily intended for young people in general. As soon as the interested client books a particular package/ticket, it is assumed that they accept the general terms and conditions. The booking of the client is binding and the client can only cancel his booking in accordance with the general terms and conditions regarding the booking cancellation.  The client is responsible for all costs and consequences that may arise from incorrect information provided during the booking process. While executing online purchase, customers accept charging of their credit cards. With the purchase of event packages/tickets there is no shipping thus no shipping fee applies. There is only charge of credit card fee. For the event packages/tickets purchased, a confirmation will be issued and delivered to customers via e-mail which is exchangeable at the venue for proper festival ticket/wristband. Tickets are not transferable. Only the person whose personal data are written on the confirmation of purchase can exchange it for festival ticket or wristband. According to that, all customers must have a printed confirmation of purchase and have a valid picture ID which corresponds to the purchaser name on the confirmation of purchase. AdriaLink  shall not bear any responsibility if the customer gives wrong or invalid e-mail address. For all event packages/tickets all sales are final and no returns are possible.  



 AdriaLink d.o.o. is not responsible for any one sided cancelation of acts or artists from the side of artists or their management. AdriaLink d.o.o. reserves the right to change the program, dates and make other changes without prior notification. In the case of event/act/festival cancelation from the side of the artist or for any other reason whatsoever, customers that purchased the packages/ticket via zrcespringbreak.com cannot ask for the refund. AdriaLink d.o.o. is not responsible in any way nor is obliged to refund any purchases due to any reasons including any vis major/force majeur ( natural disasters, wars, …) situations which can result in event/act/festival cancelation.

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions including Conditions of use and Privacy notice. Your placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AdriaLink d.o.o. reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all packages/tickets. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order. All packages/tickets sold over zrcespringbreak.com are electronic tickets and are not send in physical form but as confirmations sent by email. AdriaLink  d.o.o. is in no case responsible for loss of information by the customer nor is required to prove delivery of the email to the customer. If the customer has any doubt about the validity and confirmation of purchased package/ticket or has any other complaint he/she should contact us via provided contact information at latest 30 days before the event. Any complaints within 30 days to the event and after event has passed will not be accepted. AdriaLink d.o.o. is not in any case responsible to prove or monitor whether the client used his ticket on spot. We are not collecting nor registering exchange of tickets for festival wristbands on spot and thus are not responsible how or if the client will use his rights guaranteed with the purchase of ticket.  



 While AdriaLink d.o.o. makes every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on the website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that package/tivket data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, AdriaLink d.o.o. shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that package/ticket. AdriaLink d.o.o. reserves the right to correct and/or update the content on the website at anytime without notice.  



 By acceptance of this Terms and Conditions, every client gives AdriaLink d.o.o. his/hers permission to use photographs and videos made during their visit (the photographs and videos could include every client) for promotional and commercial use.
