• To change the purchaser’s name, please contact us and our support team will assist you.
• If someone in your group who is not the main purchaser cannot attend and you want to replace them with another person, you can do so without contacting us. The main purchaser can pick up all festival wristbands for themselves and the group at check-in. Only the purchaser’s ID is required, and the wristbands can be used by the new person attending in place of the original guest.

Yes! VIP tables can be purchased for groups of 4 or more who already have VIP tickets or VIP packages.

• Typically, we send an email with the offer about 1–2 weeks before the festival.
• The number of available tables, pricing, and exact offers are determined by the hosting club, not us. All VIP group members will receive the information via email at the same time.
• Important: Anyone who buys a VIP ticket or package after the email has been sent will only receive the table offer if tables are still available.
